Orbital Football had a successful season last year.
A good mix of first and second years meant that there were enough players for two teams.
The A team played in the top league of the university intramural league, playing teams such as the university V’s, managing to finish mid-table. The team got stronger as the season went on and managed to put together a great cup run in the end of season cup, reaching the final and narrowly losing after a penalty shootout.
Matches take place on Wednesday afternoons on the downs, with training once a week on Sundays.
This year’s captain is Jayesh Mistry.
